Comic Links

Links that you may enjoy......

Newsfromme.com - Mark Evanier's website is one of my favorites on the Internet.  He is a wealth of knowledge not only about comics but also old TV shows, stand-up comedians, animation, pop culture, and just about any other genre you can imagine.  I don't much care for his politics but the rest of his site more than makes up for it.  Truly entertaining...

www.ComicCollectors.net / www.CollectorsAssemble.com - Marnin Rosenberg has been a long time dealer in this hobby and has many unique and relevant insights into comics collecting.  He is the original driving force behind the Network of Disclosure (NOD) and has steadfastly worked to bring honest collectors and dealers together in pursuit of a hobby in which all can enjoy without the worry of being scammed.  A noble effort indeed...

Just A Fanboy - Comics blog from a general collector's point of view.  Brian also does the comics community a great service by hosting a couple pages dedicated to exposing some of eBay's shadiest dealers such as Daniel Dupcuk/Comickeys and the PGX/Terrance Leder connection.  The latter of which I helped create...

Chronological Guide To Silver Age X-Men Crossovers - Like the original X-Men?  This is another of Brian's websites in which he has compiled every Silver Age crossover featuring the original team or individual member complete with scans, writer/artist info, and synopsis.  All in chronological order.  Lots of fun and different than your typical X-fan site.

comics.drunkenfist.com - A comics blog by a collector that seems to care.  Not only collects comics but comic art as well.  Has far more time than I do to scour eBay to find interesting and humorous comic auctions.  Always finds some interesting tidbits...

MightyMags.com - Wonderful collector/dealer who has great customer service as well as being a dead-on grader.  His vast selection of Bronze comics allowed me to obtain a large number of National Diamond Sales and Mark Jewelers insert comics over the last couple of years that I used for my Military Insert Mania articles.

SuperWorld Comics - Ted Van Liew is another great Internet dealer.  Browsing for comics on his website may not be as customer friendly as others you may find on the web but he has a great selection and his customer service is top-notch.

High Grade Comics - One of the best dealer sites and graders on the Internet.  Bob Storms has an incredible collection of high grade Silver and Bronze comics available.

Zipper's Collecting Obsession - Another comics blog by a collector and part time seller who is currently questioning what and how he collects.  All comic collectors struggle with his/her collecting goals occasionally and Zipper expresses this as well as anyone...

Internal Correspondence Version 2 - Comics collecting from a retailer's view.  Focuses on new products and developments in comics and other pop culture genres.  Great resource to get dealer perspectives on the current market.
